Casa Escoria was built by us in 2000 to high specification and subsequently extended to provide an annexe which sleep 2 having bedroom, kitchen & lounge. Available to rent for larger groups.
Situated on an elevated site in undulating countryside on the outskirts of the village of Bedar. Extensive views, privacy and quiet setting. Easy access via tarmac road to the Villa with car port and ample parking. Ideal all year round letting with full sun on the many terraces. Accommodation extensively fitted and equipped as the Villa is our second home.
The Villa has an enclosed terrace room, stone floor, conservatory seating, fan, sliding double glazed doors all around, dinning table seat 6, doors onto patios & private swimming pool.
The lounge has a lovely oak strip wooden floor with high beamed ceilings and double doors into the terrace room.
The separate utility room has a washing machine, sink, boilers & cupboard.
The main villa is available year round, annexe summer season only when let with main villa or annexe available low season for reasonable rates. Villa long lets out of season, contact us for terms.

Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. Every window in the Villa and annexe is fitted with shutters & mozzie blinds. Air con in the main bedroom, either ceiling or freestanding fans in other rooms

The whitewashed little village of Bedar is a rural area but has 2 bars, 2 restaurants, chemist, bank, local shop and Fiestas during the year. The Villa is on the outskirts of the village short drive or 15 minute walk.
It is ideally situated for exploring a beautiful and unspoilt rural area of Spain, including Granada, Almeria and Murcia.
Mojacar, Vera & Garracha are large popular towns on the coast about 15 minutes drive away, with many amenities, supermarkets & shops including large outdoor markets weekly.

Further afield, Tabernas film set for 'The Good the Bad & the Ugly' & skiing in the Sierra Nevada's about 2 hours away near Granada.

Easy driving from Almeria airport on the motorway. Alicante, Murcia and Granada airports 2 hours easy motorway drive away.
