Located 12Kms inland from Tavira, this beautiful villa offers panoramic views over the Santa Catarina Hills and beyond Tavira to the coastline. A perfect location away from any hustle and bustle but within a 25 minute drive to the Roman town of Tavira and the surrounding areas/beaches and within 10 minutes drive to local amenities at Santa Catarina.
The villa has 3 beautiful double bedrooms with rustic and antique furniture and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and has French doors opening to its own private balcony. Also reached from upstairs is a south facing roof terrace with a built-in barbeque and plenty of space for dining or sunbathing.
Downstairs has two bedrooms either side of the bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and wooden shuttered windows and doors.
The living room and dining room are on split levels, leading to the pool terrace and are generous sizes with a large wooden dining table and leather sofas. The kitchen leads to another terrace with seating and barbeque area, with views out over the valley.
Within the south-facing terrace there is a 10m x 5m pool accessed from the living room, with an outdoor dining area and garden furniture and an outdoor shower. This leads off to an enclosed walled garden with ornamental pond which can be accessed from one of the ground floor bedrooms. The property is accessed by a private, gated drive with ample parking space.

Rental Notes: We accept changeovers on any day but prefer to keep bookings close. Normally arrival is from 1pm onwards and departure before 10am, this can be flexible unless we have changeovers on the same day.
On booking we request a 50 per cent deposit within two weeks and the final balance is due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Bookings less than 4 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.
Transport is needed for this location and we recommend that the client arranges this from the airport or when purchasing flights.
