Entrance is into a hallway at road level with immediate views to the rear. From the hall a door leads to the main sitting room again the stunning views and a wood-burner for extra winter comfort. There is a small study with books and games. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one double overlooking the river with a small balcony and built in wardrobes, and another double on the road side, again with built in wardrobes. There is a shared shower room with a power shower.
Upstairs is a twin room with views, a bathroom with a bath (no shower). The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and again stunning views.
On the lower ground floor there is a dining/ garden room with French doors opening onto the garden, a large dining table and comfortable lounge seating as well. There is a small covered area outside with garden furniture. The large kitchen also on this level has access to the garden via French doors.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a fridge/freezer and a large electric range style cooker. There is a small w.c. and basin off the kitchen also on this floor.
The large garden is extensively planted with shrubs and lawns run down to the river, with a small decked area to sit by and feed the ducks.
Please note: This property may be unsuitable for small children. There is parking for 2/3 cars at the front of the house off road.
