A small stone-built farmhouse that has been skilfully restored and furnished with great care and is situated among the gentle Umbrian hills near Todi. An equipped portico opens up to the garden and to the beautiful stone-tiled farmyard, where you will find a Jacuzzi bath.
Grond floor: living / dining room with cooking corner, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
At 200 meters of the villa the guests have at disposition a wonderful gym area consisting of sauna, steam room, gym and Jacuzzi. This area is shared by 3 villas - each villa has daily use at set times.

Local activities in and around Todi, Umbria
Todi is centrally situated in Umbria. So it is also suitable for visits in all directions to old towns and villages, beautiful monuments, mountains, the lake of Trasimeno, the mountains in the easterly direction, and the neighbouring region of Marche including one of the most impressive stalactite caves in Italy. To the north in a half-hour drive you are in Perugia or Assisi and after a somewhat longer drive in Gubbio, to the west via the road along the lake of Corbara Orvieto and in a southerly direction Spoleto, among other places. Many tourists visit Rome once or more times from here by car or by train from the station of Terni (30 Kms far away).
