It has lovely sea and mountain views from the lounge, terrace and bedroom and is also only a short walk from some of the best restaurants and bars in the area.
The apartment has the benefit of being south-facing meaning it has the sun for the majority of the day. This is great for the summer and also makes it ideal for those warmer winter getaways.

It has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. The living area consists of a lounge with a sofa-bed, satellite TV, ceiling fans and a music system. There is also a dining area to seat four. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a separate utility room that has an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Patio doors lead out of the lounge onto a private balcony where you can bask in the sun, enjoy an al fresco meal and relax as you take in the lovely sea and mountain views.
The bedroom is a lovely bright room as it has two windows with attractive views. It is tastefully furnished and has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. Leading off from the bedroom is an attractive bathroom, complete with a bath/shower.
The apartment is situated on a small and peaceful complex and features a lovely communal pool. The complex is situated in the heart of Mojacar Playa and everything from restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found right on your doorstep. However, the complex is set slightly back from the Playa and its positioning means it is still a quiet and peaceful location, whilst being only a stone’s throw from all the local amenities and attractions.

Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 miuntes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spagetti westerns to visit.
