Nestling on the shores of Loch Tay, this beautiful lodge offers luxurious comfort and breathtaking scenery for those seeking a relaxing break in the countryside.
An ideal base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking, fishing, water sports and bird watching.
The Crannog is a beautiful bungalow style four star 3 bedroom lodge with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room, with stunning views over Loch Tay.
The lodge sleeps 6 people with an additional full size folding bed available if required. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities. Baby cots are available on site. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open plan giving a spacious and airy environment in the summer and a cosy and warm environment in the winter.
Kitchen facilities include cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The lodge is fully centrally heated and has a bath and 2 showers.
There is a colour TV, DVD player and CD player in the living room and a large decking area outside with garden table and chairs for our guests enjoyment.
A perfect year round holiday destination for every visitor offering pure relaxation for the over stressed or activity packed for the more energetic.

1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The Crannog Lodge sleeps 6 people but there is an additional full size folding bed available if required.

Seating for 7. The dining room has a large modern oak table with seating for 7 people.

Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. The Boathouse Restaurant on site provides excellent good value food and drinks.

Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The bungalow style lodge has spacious decking on three sides with an attractive garden area.

Local activities in and around Killin, Central Scotland
For anglers there are brown trout and a chance of a salmon in Loch Tay. Fishing boats are available for hire.
For wildlife enthusiasts, there are red squirrels, pheasants, pine marten, red deer, and on Ben Lawers mountain area a chance to see a mountain hare, ravens, ring ouzels, red grouse, ptarmigan, dippers and curlews.
There are various water activities on Loch Tay including canoeing, sailing, and pleasure boating.
Mountain bikes are available for hire, with transport, if required, to take our guests to their starting point.
The 18 hole putting green on site provides great fun for all ages.
Archery and Clay Pigeon shooting also available.
Local attractions include:-
the magnificent Ben Lawers mountain range, and Visitor Centre, with its abundance of rare Alpine Plants;
A local horn carver's shop in Lawers;
The nature trail of the Birks O' Aberfeldy, made famous by Rabbie Burns in 1787 in his song of the same name, in Aberfeldy, the home of the Harry Potter creator.
A 9 hole golf course in Killin, four miles west, set amidst spectacular scenery;
Fantastic events held througout the year including exhibitions, fairs, Highland Games, to name a few.

Payment terms:- 25% payable on booking, balance payable 56 days before arrival.
Breakage terms:- standard terms are acceptance of authorisation of your credit card for up to £100 in the event of a claim.
Arrival and departure:- arrival from 4pm, departure by 10am (earlier arrival may be possible by advance arrangement with the Site Reception) Full details supplied on booking.
Changeover day is usually Saturday for breaks of 1 or more weeks.
Short breaks/weekend breaks:- a mimimum of 2 nights.
Rates are inclusive of water and electricity charges, bed linen, and cleaning.
Cot hire/high chair @£5 per item. Please book in advance if required.
A welcome pack, if required, may be ordered in advance with the Site Office at an additional charge.
