This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, on a large corner plot, with superb large pool, is fantastically located on the Golf Sector of Camposol Golf, just 5 minutes walk to the golf club house and hotel with many facilities, including a superb restaurant with occassional evening entertainment.
Camposol has many onsite facilities: restaurants, ten pin bowling, bars, restaurants, large supermarket selling a selection of fresh fish, meat, bread and pastries..
15 minutes drive to the Puerto De Mazarron, with marina, lovely beaches, and a tree lined promenande lined with tapas bars and restaurants. A real pleasure to spend an evening here...
Fully furnished for 8 persons - Double bedroom on lower level, with TV and Video. 2 further bedrooms each with 2 single beds (one on the top level with with private solarium and views to mountains, and one on the lower level). 2 bathrooms and a further shower room, 2 further single foldaway air beds. Satellite TV (36 inch) with over 200 channels in lounge with DVD player. Beautiful wooden dining table with seating for 6 (and an additional table with 4 chairs if required). Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and throughout.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, zanussi oven and ceramic hob, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, George Foreman grill, and smoothie maker. BBQ, Patio furniture (4 sun loungers, 10 garden chairs and 2 tables). Gardens with orange trees, palm trees and many shrubs.
5 minutes walk to the Complex Golf course and Club House. A fantastic L shaped pool approx 8 metres in length down one side, and 7 metres the other, with roman steps and seating inside it with lighting also.

About Camposol Golf Resort: 18 hole golf course and driving range, International golf hotel (due to open shortly) and golf club. Fantastic views, and occassional evening entertainment at the golf club house. Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge and seasonal).
Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers,bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 10 euros). Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site.
Thermal and tropical pool at the golf hotel (fed by natural springs 500 metres due to open in the future).
Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Natural mud baths (local), Espuna National Park. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive). Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall.
Murica and Alicante airport (50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins) serviced by low cost airlines (transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday).
