Local activities in and around Mandelieu La Napoule, Cote d'Azur/Provence
Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is just a couple of minutes drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provençal crafts and antique lace. For more general shopping, three large supermarkets lie within a five-mile radius of the village. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d’Azur is less than an hour away by car.
The property benefits from being ideally situated to explore all types of Provençal living. Take a trip down to the coast and you will discover the hustle and bustle of places such as Cannes, Nice and St Tropez.
Continue up into the hills and the pace calms. You will find tiny villages with pavement cafés and some delightful restaurants. Nearby are some phenomenal natural attractions.
Lac de St-Cassien provides a day out to be remembered, with many attractions on offer throughout the summer months and about 10kms from Seillans is the huge natural Gorge du Verdon which provides fantastic scenery and photo opportunities.
There are so many villages to explore and places to see you will want to come back again and again.
Nice airport is approx 1 hour away.
