Villa Andaluz was completed in 2004 and is elegantly furnished with a floor area of 450 square metres. While located within close proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach, the villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a private heated swimming pool set within a mature garden that offers stunning views over the coast and Mediterranean Sea.
This 3 storey villa is also equipped with all the "mod cons" including a fast internet service, satellite television, air conditioning and under-floor heating so that it can be used all year round as a second home.
From the marble floors to an eclectic mix of the new, vintage and antique, the villa provides a background for guests to unwind from their busy lives.
On each of the 3 levels of the villa, there is a sitting room or seating area, as well as a kitchen or kitchenette, and these take in the best of modern technology to ensure that the time spent catering is truly effortless and enjoyable.
There are four double bedrooms and an additional sleeping area for two children, so the villa can easily accommodate an extended group of ten. The privacy of the villa has been further enhanced by the automated gate which opens into a vast courtyard that can host a fleet of cars.
The rear garden is charming with a shaded loggia and BBQ area, while the middle floor terrace provides an additional space to eat al-fresco and at night, a place to watch the lights sparkle all the way down the coast.
On arrival at the villa, you will be greeted by our English/Spanish assistant who explains how things work and then, everyone is left to get on with the important business of getting into the pool. In addition, our assistant is always at the other end of the phone and is quite used to arranging a taxi for a night out in Puerto Banus or Marbella.
For visitors or golfers who choose to visit out of the main season, the heated swimming pool is maintained at a suitable temperature of 29-30 degrees centigrade so that it can be used all year round.
As part of the "pamper service," we include a 6 day a week maid service (2 girls for 2 hours a day) so they are there to support and not to intrude upon your time in the villa. We also provide a generous welcome pack so that guests can relax before venturing out with a stroll to local restaurants, shops or the beach.

Real Fire, Central Heating, Maid Service, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided. The telephone is connected to the satellite system for the internet - however we provide a mobile phone for local calls as well, and suggest that guests bring their mobile phones as well.

Seating for 10. The loggia can easily seat 14 at the table. Other areas accommodate 10 seats (middle floor terrace & kitchen) and then there are several areas that accommodate 4 seats, both internally and externally.

Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, CD System, Board Games. There are 2 TV's - with Sky Plus, CD, Video & DVD, also videos, and about 50 current and classic films on DVD and a host of other entertainment material, including an antique folding card table.

Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The garden furniture is extensive, 38 chairs, 7 tables, 3 rocking chairs, 8 sunbeds. There are 3 terraces and the entrance courtyard can accommodate a fleet of cars.

The villa is suitable for friends & families and can sleep a group of 10. We do request that smoking is carried out on the terraces, so that the villa is fresh for all new guests on their arrival.
Local activities in and around San Pedro, Costa del Sol - Malaga
One can walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach and into the Spanish countryside, as the villa is conveniently placed between the two.
Spain is a vibrant place, of diverse culture with a history of Moorish influence, architectural splendour and amazing landscapes. The town of Ronda is the best local example of this, and is only an hour away by car.
About a 20-25 minutes drive away from the villa is Marbella which is also the closest largest town. Many people speak English, so it is easy to get about and one can visit the "Old Town" or "tapas" bars here.
Closer to the villa, offering excellent nightlife and designer shops is Puerto Banus, and within about 4 minutes from the villa is San Pedro, the local town that has managed to retain a unique traditional Spanish feel with bustling streets lined with shops and cafes and in addition, a large Thursday market for most of the year.
In addition, the Costa del Sol is famous for its golf courses, and has been known as Costa del Golf as it boasts about 40 courses, all within easy reach of Villa Andaluz. Golf courses can be booked at the golf shop under the arch that has been constructed across the road in the town of San Pedro. The closest golf course, El Paraiso is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
This area has something for everyone, 200 miles of beach and 320 days of sunshine a year, with amusement parks and holiday places for all the family, including local markets, "Selwo," water sports of all kinds, horse riding and one can also arrange to take a boat trip to Morocco for the day or simply visit Malaga or Gibraltar.

Rental Notes: To make a booking, we request 25% of the accommodation costs as a deposit, and then 8 weeks before departure, the balance with a further amount of £350.00 as a refundable deposit against breakages or damage.
We do say that the electricity is an additional cost but we settle this if no more than 10 Euros a day has been used, and as most people use the villa as they would their own home, and switch off for example the air-conditioning when they don't need it, so far this amount has not been exceeded.
Everything else is included in the cost; the maid service and the "meet & greet" service, welcome pack, 2 comprehensive information packs before departure and the linen & towels we provide while you are there, are changed weekly.
