This is one of the few secluded villas within walking distance to Almirida Village. Nearby Plaka village (3 kms away) and 'all year round' Kalyves village (10 minutes by car).
Villa Amadeus has a large (private) swimming pool which measures 10m x 5.5m at a standard depth of 1.65m.
The large, fully air conditioned villa gives a feeling of spaciousness. The villa has 2 bedrooms and is capable of sleeping 5 persons (twin and double bedrooms and a pull out sofa). There is a bathroom with a tub and separate shower as well as two additional toilets (WC). There are numerous balconies and terraces including a dining terrace from the fully fitted kitchen on which guests may like to enjoy their meals.
Furnished to a high standard: full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher,washing machine. The spacious living area has a TV, home entertainment centre. There is a WC on this level.
Ground Floor - master bedroom and fantastic bathroom with a large, walk in shower, plus, a full sized bath, WC and a second twin bedroom. There is a second separate toilet (WC) on this floor
Outside; Swimming Pool area is fully furnished with loungers and umbrellas and a traditional stone BBQ

Whilst around the area of Chania (pronounced Hania) and Rethymno (Rethmyion) look at the tall Venetian and Turkish buildings that surround you - a visit to the Old town is a must! The famous Venetian market building in Chania is in the shape of a cross. In the narrow streets behind the harbour you will find Restaurants, Bars and many local shops selling handicrafts, textiles, jewellery and hand made ceramics. Visit 'Leather Lane' for outstanding hand made leather bargains.
