Villa Amadeus is situated on a large private plot with its own private pool and is less than 7 minutes flat walk /2 minutes by car to the shops, tavernas, two sandy Beaches and facilities in Almirida village . The nearby village of Plaka is 3 kms away and the 'all year round' village of Kalyves will take you less than 10 minutes by car. All Bedroom and Living areas are fully air conditioned.
The property enjoys wonderful views of the White Mountains.
Villa Amadeus has a large (private) swimming pool which measures 10m x 5.5m at a standard depth of 1.65m. The attractive gardens enhance the beauty of this newly built property.
The large, fully air conditioned property gives a feeling of spaciousness. The entire villa- 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment and 2 bedroomed main house (upper two floors) is capable of sleeping 8 + persons. There are numerous balconies and terraces including a dining terrace from the fully fitted kitchen on which guests may like to enjoy their meals.
Villa Amadeus is furnished and fitted to a high standard with a large fully equipped kitchen, full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher plus all the usual electrical appliances. The spacious living area has a TV and a home entertainment centre. There is also a WC on this level.
On the Upper Ground Floor there is a master bedroom with a fantastic bathroom with a large, walk in Shower, plus, a full sized bath, hand basin and WC. There is a second bedroom on this level with a two twin beds. There is also a separate cloakroom on this level with hand basin and WC.
The other bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor apartment (opening to pool area) where there is an additional shower room with WC and hand basin. On this lower level there are 2 bedrooms and an additional kitchen.
Outside; The Swimming Pool area is fully furnished with loungers and umbrellas and a traditional stone BBQ

Whilst around the area of Chania (pronounced Hania) and Rethymno (Rethmyion) look at the tall Venetian and Turkish buildings that surround you - a visit to the Old town is a must! The famous Venetian market building in Chania is in the shape of a cross. In the narrow streets behind the harbour you will find Restaurants, Bars and many local shops selling handicrafts, textiles, jewellery and hand made ceramics. Visit 'Leather Lane' for outstanding hand made leather bargains.
