For the fourth Season is succession, we are offering you Villa Varvara in Almirida Bay.The Villa is 5 minutes walk (flat) into the village where you will find Shops / Coffee Bars / Bars and the famous Almirida Beachfront Tavernas as well as a good selection on Mini Markets. This Villa is in a quiet, secluded, location and yet so near to civilisation! The historic town of Chania is about 30 minutes, plenty of other large beaches no more than 15 min drive away. The Villa has spectacular views over Almirida, the Bay of Souda and to the rear, the White Mountains, the olive lined hillsides and olive groves. Crete produces some of the finest olive oil in Europe.
The property has full air conditioning, three double sized bedrooms ( two doubles and one twin ) large private Swimming Pool, sunbken garden to the front and a large patio/BBQ area to the side. Additional sleeping for 2 - 4 persons on the two double sized futon bed settees which are in the living area.
Villa Varvara has three double-sized bedrooms and can easily sleep six persons plus a further two persons on the double sized futon settees which are in the living area (ground floor).
There are two bedrooms (one twin & one double) on the second floor with complete bathroom and one double bedroom on the first floor. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine / fridge freezer etc.
There is a dining /living room on the first floor. The Villa accommodation is fully air conditioned (for the summer months) and heated for the winter letting season. As with all our properties, Villa Varvara is fully fitted and furnished to a very high standard.
There is a Private swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) in the garden together with a sunbathing, seating and BBQ area for eating out.
The Villa stands in a large, secluded plot with Olive, Lemon and Orange trees. It is only 5 minutes walk away from the Almirida village with its sandy beaches, wind surfing, safe swimming, Tavernas, bars, shops and mini-markets. Almirida is only 30 minutes away from Chania (once the island capital) where you could spend at least two days looking around the old Venetian quarter and harbour side.

1 Bathroom, 1 Separate WC. Fully fitted Bathroom with Bath/Shower/Bidet/WC etc on the first floor. There is an additional Cloakroom with WC etc on the Ground Floor. Outside pool shower facility also.

Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. Fully fitted Kitchen with all electrical appliances including Fridage/Freezer, Washing Machine etc. Hot Water is by solar and electrical power.
General:
Maid Service, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. We offer a free Maid Service for the weekly change of Bed Linen and Towels. Swimming Pool is regular checked and cleaned by our Staff.
Dining:
Seating for 6. The Dining Area, capable of seating 6+ persons is next to the Kitchen. There is also dining furniture outside by the BBQ and by the Swimming Pool
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games. Nost of the local Tavernas and Bars have local type entertainment on a variety of evenings through the Season. Full details from the Tourist Office or from your Representative.

Children are most welcome in all our properties and we provide a free High Chair and Cot loan service but, we do ask that Children are supervised at all times whilst around and in the Swimming Pool.
We do ask that Reservations are made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. As with all our Villas, a discount is available for stays longer than two weeks.
