The apartment is set back only 50 meters from the beach and is close to some beautiful bars and restaurants. A very desirable location! The apartment is on the top floor of a two-storey building and also has private underground parking.
This is a new apartment that has been very tastefully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. The spacious lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, a double sofa bed and of course, sea views. Patio doors lead out of the lounge and onto a private balcony where you can enjoy an al fresco meal as you take in the views across the Mediterranean Sea.
The dining area has a round table and chairs to accommodate four.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a separate utility room that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes airer.
There are two good-sized bedrooms, one is a double and the other a twin both have fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is large and modern with a bath/shower and marble features.
The apartment is situated on a small and very attractive complex and features a lovely communal pool surrounded by palm trees and plants. The complex also has an excellent children’s play area with climbing apparatus and a slide, complete with padded rubber flooring to ensure that the young ones can enjoy themselves in a safe environment.
The complex is slightly elevated above the Playa to take maximum advantage of the views along the Mojacar coastline. This also means that while the complex is situated in the heart of the Playa, it is still a very private and peaceful community.

Local activities in and around Mojacar, Almeria
There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays.
Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.
