The Villa is the unique accommodation if you want to see the best sunset in Tuscany. In fact it's located on the hill between Lucca and the Versila's coast (Forte dei Marmi ) in a strategic position. From here you can see the sea, Lake of Massaciuccoli and the Apuan Alps. It's a tranquil setting yet only 20 km from the historical town of Lucca, and 30 from Pisa.
The Villa has lovely green lawns and there are plenty of large trees shade where you can read a book or just relax. There is also a private large terrace with a barbeque.

Florence is less than one hour by car. Explore the 5 hectares of surrounding wood land made up of fruit and olive trees before taking a well earned dip in the inviting pool. Look out for the ruins of a castle which are hidden in the woods. The great smell of rosemary will stay inside you for all holiday!
A great restaurant is at 1 minutes on foot (complete dinner including wine for 15.00 euro a person).
