Our apartment has everything you will expect from your perfect holyday house: two bedrooms apartments with nice and comfortable furniture, elegant patio with teak garden furniture and beautiful seaview, privte garden, swiming pool, deep blue sea and sandy beaches at walking distance, last but not least, our beach terraced house is located in the area of Santa Lucia, Ostuni, at 5 minutes driving from Ostuni, the “white city” , one of the most beautiful apulian towns.
Our apartment is on the first row of the residence “Santa Lucia” and it enjoys of a beautiful full sea view. The residence Santa Lucia has 40 terraced houses arranged on four rows. Valeria’ s villa is located on the front row, as you cans see on the photo. In front of the apartment , there is a private nice lawn garden which separates the house from the residence garden and swimming pool.
The house is 80 square meters large distributed as follows: two bedrooms (one twin and one double bedrooms), bathroom with shower , kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. Outside there is a beautiful patio with sea view furnished with high quality garden furniture like a set of rattan sofas and a teak dining table with six chairs.
A comfortable shower in the private garden will refresh our guests after they come back from the beach. A private parking is also available inside the residence.
The swimming pool is located at 20 meters to the left of the house. It is open in July and August, with the constant presence of a life guard for the safety of the people that use it. The use of the swimming pool is free of charge.
Our guest can get to the sea with a three minutes walk: they can either choose the splendid beach or the wonderful reef inlets. The colours of the water look like the Caribbean sea. Whitest beaches are alternated to reef inlets bordered by Mediterranean green spots and beach dunes. These natural dunes are rich of scents of wild grass. Every year this part of the Apulien southern coast gets the mark of “European Blue Flag” for the transparency and cleanliness of its sea,

Free time:sea… sea…sea, excursions by bicycle or long walks in the most stylish Apulian part in between the trulli and the Caves of Cstellana Grotte, Golf Club at Masseria San Domenico in Savelletri (10 minutes driving), mini golf at Masseria Garrappa near Capitolo (15 minutes driving), horse riding in a nearby farmhouse at 5 minutes driving.
Places to be visited within a ray of 10-30 minutes driving:Zoo-Safari and fantasy park for children in Fasano, trulli in Alberobello, the ruins of Egnazia, the Caves in Castellana Grotte, the Itrian Valley: Cisternino, Locorotondo and Martina Franca, Brindisi. If our customers want to drive a little bit farther (one or two hours driving) there are also beautiful cities like Otranto, Lecce, Bari, Trani etc...
