Rental Notes: Deposit: To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within seven days following your written booking. The balance is due 60 days in advance of the first day of your holiday.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 61 days or more before the date of arrival have a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the date of arrival have a 100% cancellation fee unless we can re-book your exact dates. In this case, 80% of the fee will be returned to you, or a pro-rata refund if a part can be re-booked.
Retainer: Whilst we take into account general wear and tear, any damage to furniture, curtains, rugs, fixtures, fittings, kitchen equipment and utilities will be charged. We therefore ask that you lodge £1000 retainer payable by cheque which will be returned to you following settlement of the inventory made on departure from the villa.
