Parque Santiago I is considered to be one of the best frontline locations in south Tenerife. It is a well maintained complex with a large pool, attractive gardens and a friendly pool bar/restaurant.
There is an on-site supermarket and several others within 5 minutes walk. Nearaby are numerous restaurants and designer shops and a car is not a necessity.
This first floor luxury apartment is reached by only one flight of stairs and being at the end of the block, is semi-detached. All rooms are tastefully furnished and fitted with ceiling fans. The apartment consists of one double and one twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite shower room and toilet. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The spacious lounge/dining area has satellite TV and DVD and CD players for your entertainment. The delightful balcony has attractive pool views and is equipped with white furniture for relaxation and al fresco dining.
The sea and beaches are only a few minutes walk away with an attractive flat promenade stretching to Los Cristianos in one direction and to the centre of Las Americas and Puerto Colon in the other direction. There are also several golf courses 5-15 minutes taxi ride away.
