The newly built villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 2km from the beach of La Barrosa and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with lounge, kitchen and swimming pool.
Outside at the back of the property is a 9x5m swimming pool with a grassed area out front. The villa is surrounded by a garden wall ensuring complete privacy. Entrance to the house is through large lockable gates, ensuring that everything is safe and secure (including any children!)
The property is in the popular area of La Barrosa beach, with its magnificent long white sandy beaches and with all year round surfing. There are several golf courses within a couple of minute’s drive and horse riding close by.

The kitchen is newly fitted and is complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave. The lounge has a fireplace with two double sofa beds sleeping up to four extra people. There is a television with English 'Freeview' stations, DVD player and radio with CD player.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has a double bed with ample fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobe and the third twin beds with wardrobe. There is a tiled family bathroom for these two bedrooms with bath/shower.
The resort has many bars and restaurants with fresh seafood a speciality; the local supermarket is only 5 minutes away. The bustling town of Chiclana de la Frontera is a short drive with large hypermarket, many shops and restaurants and a weekly market, as well as a covered daily food market selling fresh local produce. A great chance to see real Spain, as yet unspoilt by development, with many of the old white hill villages and the lovely cities of Seville and Cadiz close by.
The nearest airport is Jerez, just 40 minutes with its cheap daily flights from London Stansted by RyanAir. Seville, Gibralter and Malaga airports are 1.5, 2 and 2.5 hours drive and are serviced by BA & EasyJet (Ryanair also fly into Seville).

Local activities in and around Chiclana De La Frontera, Costa de la Luz - Cadiz
For the golf enthusiast there is the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, which has two 18-hole courses and was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is a 2-minute drive from the villa There are also several other top class golf courses within 45-minutes drive from the property.
It is also two to three minutes drive from the beautiful La Barrosa beach with its clean white sand streches 8 km along the Atlantic Ocean. It has two sections, one developed (offering numerous services) and the other El Palmar completely natural & windsurfer heaven. You can also find several secluded coves in the area.
Joining La Barrosa is the port of Sancti Petri. Here you will find water sports for all the family, from wind surfing and jet ski hire as well as lessons. In the peak season you can take boat trips to surrounding areas of interest. Take a stroll around the marina and admire the boats or enjoy wonderful fresh seafood or just a drink in one of the bars. Not to be confused with the exclusive resort of Novo Sancti Petri where many luxury hotels are open to non-residents for meals & one with a bar with bowling!
Five minutes drive will take you into Chiclana a busy working town with a large selection of shops, plus all the usual ammenities you would expect to find e.g. sports centres, cinema, theatre, restaurants and bars.
Take a trip to Cadiz which lays claim to being the oldest city in Europe. Hercules as legend claims was its founder, although history credits the Phoenicians with establishing the town in 1100BC. Enjoy a drink or meal in one of the many open air cafes. The town also boasts a beautiful beach. Cadiz, a 15 minute drive away, is also renowned for the wildest fiesta in Spain during the month of February.
For the children Aqualand water park is close by at El Puerto de Santa María & a zoo at Jerez.
A very popular excursion is the ferry across to Africa from nearby Algeciras to sample the exotic bazars, you can even get very cheap overnight packages.

Rental Notes: As the flights can be quite expensive on Saturdays we now are more flexible with our bookings & can often accommodate mid week arrivals. Whats included: Cleaning of pool once a week. All electricity in the summer months but a small charge is made for the heating during winter months. A supplementof £50 is made for Xmas/New Year & Easter bookings.
Cleaning is included on change-over day - please leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition as an additional charge will be made if the property is not left in a reasonable condition
The property is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. and is available from 4.00 p.m. (this may be flexible at quieter times please ask).
Please note that we also own a villa which is directly behind (although completely seperate) with its own small pool, ideal for family groups wishing to holiday together but also have some quiet private time. Cot & highchair supplied.
