Luxury airconditioned villa with garden only 10 minutes easy walk from sandy beaches and just 20km from downtown Athens. The port of Rafina is just 5 km away so the Greek Islands are within easy reach. Day trips are offered to several islands. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Villa Artemis is easy to reach from Athens airport.
The Villa is made up of two apartments. The main apartment can be rented alone and sleep 5 persons or together with the first floor apartment sleeping then 9 persons in all. The first floor apartment is not rented out seperately which ensures privacy in the garden.

The main apartment is on the second and third floors and is in open plan style. You'll find a modern fully equipped kitchen, lounge with an open fireplace, a more elegant dining room, a store room and wc. Balconies lead out from the entrance door, kitchen and dining room. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where you'll find two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with two single beds, and a roll away bed for a fifth person that can be used anywhere, a store room and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony. Marble steps lead up to the roof terrace from where the view of the Aegean Ocean and the mountains is terrific.
The first floor can be rented together with the above if more room is desired. Here you'll find three further bedrooms, two with a single bed each and one with two singles, a lounge, kitchen and a full bathroom.
All rooms have airconditioning, central heating and hot water is unlimited. Ideal for holidays all year round.
The fenced in garden is complete with ample garden furniture, a barbecue and secure parking space within the grounds for two cars or a car and a boat. There are shady areas and areas to sunbathe in. This is a quiet safe area with very little traffic so ideal for children.

2 Bathrooms, 1 Separate WC. Both bathrooms have showers and baths. There is also a seperate WC so three in all. Hot water is unlimited. Both bathrooms also have heating for the winter months.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen also has an electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You'll find ample pots, pans plates and other utensils. The kitchen has a balcony.
General:
Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Telephone. Also ceiling fan and electric fans.
Dining:
Seating for 10. There are two dining areas. One in the kitchen and one in the dining room which is furnished with antiques and also has a balcony.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System. We also have german satellite TV as well as greek.
Outside:
Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Lots of trees offer shade. Help yourself to the fruit from the trees. There is parking space for two cars. If you have a boat it's possible to hire a place at the marina.

Local activities in and around Loutsa, Athens and Islands
Loutsa/Artemida is a lively little coastal town with a small harbour for private boats. In the Villa you'll be just 10 minutes walk from sandy beaches where you can just relax in the sun or swim, surf, paraglide, fish, sail etc. Surfing here is excellent and Loutsa boasts a very good and popular surfclub. The beach is safe, never overcrowded and ideal for children. During the evenings or the cooler season enjoy a walk along the beach and admire the view - you can see right to Evia. Along the coast road you'll find family friendly restaurants serving traditional greek food for very reasonable prices. The night life is good with bars and discos open all year round. Supermarkets, bakers and other shops are all within 10 walking distance from the Villa. The actual town centre is 30 minutes walk through the beach park. The long main street welcomes you to browse around the boutiques and local shops or just to sit in a beach side cafe and enjoy a drink. During the summer months an open air cinema shows films in english. Every Saturday there is a big market selling everything! Athens zoo is nearby -nice for children.
The port of Rafina is 5 km away. From here take the Seajets for a daytrip to Tinos, Mykonos or Paros. Other Island daytrips include Evia, Andros and Aegina.
Athens, 20 km away, is very easy to reach with bus and metro. The transport system is very reliable and efficient. Athens is not only rich in greek history but offers traditional markets, exclusive shops, parks, restaurants of all kinds, galleries, concerts, exhibitons. Athens has something for everybody all year round.
Other very interesting excursions include Cape Sounion, Mycene, Delphi, Epidavros, Corinth, Marathon, Napflio and much more. A tour of Peleponese is an unforgettable experience.
Athens airport is 30 minutes drive by taxi or hired car. It's also possible to travel by bus or bus and metro from the airport to Loutsa. Port of Rafina is 5 km when travelling from the Greek Islands.

Price inludes final clean at the end of the vacation. Security deposit, 150 euros. Sheets are rented out at 8 euros a set to cover laundry costs. This is optional.
