Our traditional villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the amazing beach of La Barrosa, renowned for still being very unspoilt and where the Spanish like to holiday. The beaches are a year round surfers paradise because of the (sometimes) huge Atlantic waves.

Our traditional villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 2km from the wonderful beach of La Barrosa and comprises of 1 double bed & 1 twin, a large lounge with open fireplace, sofa bed, TV with English Free view channels, DVD & CD player with a small selection of CDs & DVDs.
The fully equipped & tiled kitchen is light and airy with 2 windows and door to the garden; it has fitted units with washing machine, fridge/freezer, new cooker, microwave, iron & ironing board.
The large fully tiled bathroom has bath with shower over, ample towels provided plus hairdryer.
Outside there are two covered porch areas with dining tables and a traditional Spanish outdoor kitchen with sink, food preparation area & BBQ.
There is a 6mx4m gated pool and a lawn area with loungers.
The villa is surrounded by a garden wall ensuring complete privacy. Entrance to the house is through large lockable gates, ensuring that everything is safe and secure (including any children). There is ample parking for several cars

Local activities in and around Chiclana De La Frontera, Costa de la Luz - Cadiz
For the golf enthusiast there is the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, which has two 18-hole courses designed by Seve Ballesteros just a 2-minute drive from the villa There are also several other top class golf courses close by. It is also two to three minutes drive from the beautiful La Barrosa beach which with its clean sand streches 8 km along the Atlantic Ocean. It has two sections, one developed (offering numerous services) & the other natural. You can also find several secluded coves in the area. Joining La Barrosa is the Sancti Petri port.
Here you will find water sports for all the family, from wind surfing & jet ski hire as well as lessons to get you started. In the peak season you can take boat trips to surrounding areas of interest. Take a stroll around the marina & admire the boats, enjoy fresh seafood or just a drink in one of the bars.
A five minute drive from the property will take you into Chiclana a busy working town with a large selection of shops,c overed food market, plus all the usual ammenities, e.g. sports centres, cinema, theatre, restaurants and bars.
For the children Aqualand water park is close by at El Puerto de Santa Marķa & a zoo at Jerez. Take a 20 minute drive to Cadiz which lays claim to being the oldest city in Europe. Hercules as legend claims was its founder, although history credits the Phoenicians with establishing the town in 1100BC.
Enjoy tapas with a drink or a meal in one of the many open air cafes & bars. The town also boasts a beautiful beach. Cadiz is renowned for the wildest fiesta in Spain during February.
A popular excursion is the ferry across to Africa from nearby Algeciras to sample the exotic bazars, you can even get very cheap overnight packages.
Jerez the capital of sherry, the horse & flamenco has a wealth of attractions. Visit a bodega for to see how the sherry is made & of course taste! Easter celebrations are of 'National Touristic Interest' & the medieval quarter is 'Artistic Historic Complex'.
