  Spacious, recently renovated and superbly situated apartment with a south facing terrace on the first floor of a nice modern building with caretaker in the exclusive Carre d'Or area in the centre of Cannes.

The apartment is 60m2, comfortable, light and well furnished.

It has the advantage of two separate entrances, two bathrooms and two kitchens which can provide two independent self-contained units. This is the ideal solution for couples, families or individuals who want to be together but also have privacy and independence .

Perfect location between the Palais Stephanie (formerly Hilton) and Carlton Hotels, 100 metres from the beaches and glamour of La Croisette and a 2 minute stroll to the chic shopping area, the Rue d'Antibes.

The Palais des Festivals convention centre is about 6 minutes away on foot along the seafront.

A huge selection of cafes, restaurants and bars is very close, yet the immediate area is safe, quiet and residential.

  The apartment has marbled floors and hallways with storage cupboards.

The south facing room has sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views. The north facing room has sliding doors and city views. Otherwise layout and furnishings are similar with either cosy armchairs or a settee.

Bedding configurations are flexible. Each room has two comfortable 90cm (3 feet) beds which can be combined to form a kingsize bed. Alternatively, the beds can slide under each other to provide additional seating and space if required.

Both rooms have a full bathroom (with bath and overhead shower) and a small but well equipped open kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Facilities include a lift, entryphone system and caretaker.

This is a great location right in the centre of Cannes in an exclusive,quiet and safe area, but still at the heart of the action.
Nearby you will find excellent restaurants, bars, designer shops and sandy beaches. Supermarkets and bakeries are less than a 5 minute walk. The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d'Albion) are within 500 metres.

Everything Cannes has to offer is in walking distance.

All the fantastic attractions that Cannes has to offer are within easy walking distance. The elegance of the world famous Croisette, the clear blue sea, golden sandy beaches and exclusive shops are just steps from the door.

The Palais des Festivals conference centre is a 6 minutes walk along the Croisette.

Golf is a short drive away. Snow skiing can be found within a 1.5 hour drive of Cannes.

Day trips along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez etc. are easily arranged using local buses, trains or by boat from the old port.
