The villa lies 2 Kms far away from the city of Citta di Castello (60 Kms northern of Perugia) and is for tourists from Northern- and Western-Europe by car to reach by means of the motorway Bologna -Ancona and then the exit Cesena. The closest airports are Perugia (60 Kms) and Florence (140Kms). From 20 dec. 2006 low-cost flights started from London to Perugia. The villa is not far from Tuscany. In day- and halfday excursions one can visit Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Gubbio in Umbria, but also Cortona, Arezzo, San Sepolcro, Siena and - keep on driving - Florence in Tuscany. Additionally we advice to visit in the region Marche Urbino and also the independent state San Marino with near beautiful San Leo.
The villa is suitable for families which wants to go together on holiday and for small groups until 30 persons. It has a fenced private garden with 2 swimming pools and hydromassage. For guests who desire to eat outside, tables and chairs are at disposition and also a covered terrace with barbecue and stone oven. The property is formed by 2 buildings, the large villa (maximum 24 sleeping places) and the dependence (6 sleeping places). If the whole property is rented no other guests use the villa, garden or swimming pool during their stay. The owners live in an indipendent part of the dependance, but on agreement with the client they will not live in the property during the hiring period. The caretaker always lives in the property.
VILLA: Ground floor: A spacious living room with fireplace and dining area. Kitchen accesorised with a oven, a fridge, a dish-washer, glaces, plates etc, 1 bathroom.
First, second, third floor: 9 bedrooms for a total of 21 bed places (it is possible to ad cribs & 3 small beds). 7 bathrooms.
DEPENDENCE: Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with bathroom (suitable for disabled persons), cooking corner. First floor: indipendent double bedroom with bathroom.
