Artorela is an ideal haven for everyone whether they are seeking rest and relaxation, or prefer a more active holiday. There is a small supermarket nearby and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops within 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.

The Living Room:
leading from the entrance hall the spacious living room is tastefully decorated to a standard of high quality. There is a large dining table with seating for 8 and doors lead from the lounge out to a balcony overlooking the pool and with views to the sea. The room has a large living area comfortable sofas occasional tables etc. There is a modern TV, DVD with satellite and a separate Hi Fi system.
External living areas:
Outside the villa is a very attractive large pool and terrace with sun beds, patio furniture and a barbecue. There is off road parking for two cars
The Kitchen:
The kitchen is brand new and equipped with modern appliances: Fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
Bedrooms:
All linen and towels are provided. Please only use the towels in the villa - beach towels are not provided.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level, one double and one twin (both with en suite facilities). On the lower/pool is one double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with bunk beds.

Rio Real are all within 15-minute drive. Another popular local attraction is the El Chaparral racecourse.

A deposit cheque for 20% of the total cost must be made at time of booking.
The full remainder must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 4 weeks to stay, at time of booking the full amount is immediately payable.
A £150 damage deposit cheque is also required. This will be returned subject to villa inspection and key return.
The villa is a non-smoking residence. Under no circumstances will smoking be permitted inside the villa. If you wish to smoke please do so in the garden and patio areas.
