Come stay at our beautiful villa in Lake Davenport Estates! This 4 bedroom, 2 bath luxury Florida pool home is exactly where you want to be. Located 1 mile from US HWY 192 we are only a short drive to all the Orlando Theme Parks, Golf Courses, shops and restaurants this area has to offer.

This home is richly furnished, with many upgrades and equipped to the highest standards. Our vacation home is liscensed by the State of Florida and maintained by a professional management company that maintains 24 hour 7 day per week service for the guests.

The Palms is located in the peaceful community of Lake Davenport Estates. This spacious home offers four-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, seperate family and living rooms, formal dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen. This home features a private king size master en suite with a 32 inch wall mounted flat screen TV, its own master bathroom with seperate shower, garden tub, double sink vanity and a huge walk-in closet.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are very large and comfortable, sleep two each with a full size bedroom and 2 twin beds in each of the other bedrooms. We have 4 TVs with cable/DVD/VCR and a huge 63 inch TV in the living room. Free high speed internet access is available along with free local calls.

The southwest facing pool allows for maximum sunshine and can be heated for an optional extra during the winter season. A brand new games room has just been added for your enjoyment. There is also a Playstation, plenty of board games, movies and books. On the complex there is a tennis court, basketball court and a childrens play area. The Palms is the perfect location for your holiday in Florida.
