The villa is very well presented and has a large living area and three double bedrooms that can sleep up to six people. The wide sandy beaches of Vera Playa are only a two minute stroll away, making this the ideal location for a family holiday.
The villa is set in a complex of similar villas and has been designed with space and privacy in mind. There is plenty of outside space for soaking up the sun, relaxing by the pool and enjoying your meals on a lovely paved terrace area. The gardens are gravelled with attractive planting and there is also a gated driveway with parking for two cars.

The interior of the villa is modern, spacious and air conditioned throughout. There are 3 large bedrooms - one double bedroom and two twin rooms. The living room is divided into a dining area with seating for six and a lounge area with a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs. The lounge has satellite TV including most of the UK terrestrial channels.
The villa has a large luxurious bathroom plus an additional separate shower room, so there’s plenty of space for everyone to get ready for an evening out. The villa also has a large and very well equipped kitchen that comes fully fitted with a fridge freezer, kettle, oven & hob, washing machine, toaster, iron & dishwasher.
The outside area has plenty of space to lounge around the pool plus a lovely covered terrace to take cover from the hot Mediterranean sun. The pool is cleaned twice a week and is always crystal clear and inviting. The nearest village is Villaricos which is a beautiful Spanish harbour town. It has yet to be hit by mass tourism and is home to a wide range of Spanish restaurants and bars. This is the real Spain!
Close by is the historic Moorish town of Mojacar which is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Just before you reach Mojacar is the fishing town of Garrucha, where there are many great seafood restaurants.

There is a water park 15 minutes drive away. A choice of 5 golf courses within 25 minutes drive. There is a zoo 25 minutes away. Also there a 2 western cowboys sets from the spaghetti westerns to visit.
The region of Almeria is one of the most charming and unspoilt areas in south-eastern Spain. Enjoying the sunniest and warmest climate in the whole of Europe, it is known as ‘El Rincon del Embrujo’ or ‘the corner of enchantment’. This is the real Spain!
Mojacar village is an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings, cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops. Take a stroll through the maze of cobbled streets hidden behind the main square and you will find some wonderful restaurants and bars.
The area has many archaeological sites revealing Phoenician, Roman and Carthaginian histories. Visits to the local markets are very popular: Mojacar on Wednesdays, Garrucha on Fridays and Vera on Saturdays. Garrucha is the nearest town, about three miles away. It is a little fishing port with interesting fish and street markets.
Granada is one of Spain’s most interesting and beautiful ancient cities. After a pleasant drive through the mountains, visit - on foot - the 14C Alhambra, the citadel of the Caliphs of Granada, perched on a hill overlooking the city, and the nearby Generalife gardens. Then on to the cathedral where, in the Capilla Real (royal chapel), the Catholic monarchs Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella of Castille are buried, and the Silk Bazaar.
