The facilities are extensive on about 350m² of living space. The quality of furnishing and décor is exceptional here – there is a great kitchen and fantastic living space which is ideal for families or a large group of friends. There are six double bedrooms so it easily sleeps twelve but can accommodate up to 14 people.
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two Italian style, walk-in showers. There is a third bedroom with an independent entrance, a kitchenette and a shower room.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and another Italian style shower. On the next level up, there is another double bedroom with a shower room and a WC. On this level there is also a hall, kitchen and living area measuring a total of 100m².
Under the eaves there is a master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom and WC.
Outside there is a great sense of space. The estate is set over 13ha of oak woodland and meadow. There is space for parking, a swimming pool measuring 15m x 5m (not chlorinated water and there is also the option to pay a 150 euros weekly supplement for heating for the water), a shaded terrace area, a ‘Boules’ terrain, table-tennis, children's swing and badminton.
If anyone has a baby in your party, there are most things you will need e.g. high chair, cot, baby-bath etc. And finally, included in the rent is linen, 3 hours weekly cleaning, use of the sauna, and the final cleaning.

The farm is situated in the countryside near to Cereste, a village on the northern edge of the Luberon forest and inside the Parc Naturel du Luberon.
The scenery around this part of the Luberon is stunning. There are views in all directions and the property is ideally placed for some marvelous countryside walks.
Its only a 1km walk to the village, a traditional, historical and fortified settlement which dates from medieval times – so plenty of history to be found here!
The village is large enough to have many shops and cafés, and there is even a small museum with a good selection of regional fossils.
This is also prime lavender growing country and during the summer months the air is filled with the fragrance of the blossoms, especially during harvesting time from July to Sept.
The larger town of Apt is about 15 minutes away where you can find pretty much everything you will need.
There are many Regional summer festivities: Theater in Avignon, Opera in Aix and Orange, Jazz festival in La Roque d’Antheron and many antique fairs and flea markets.
There is Tennis available in the villages nearby, horseback riding in Apt and mountain bikes for rent in Bonnieux.
If you like the idea of a visit to the coast, in one day you can easily go to the coast, take a swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean and return in the early evening.
By Car - The village of Cereste lies sits on the N100, 30 minutes east of Avignon, near to Apt and Aix en Provence.
By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 45 minutes drive away.
By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 30 minutes away.
