Only 5 minutes from Championship Golf course and convenient for the centre of town. There are 10 pools within a 5 minute walk of the house. You have access to a 24 hours contact on the island. Linen and towel change and clean at the end of your first week.

Living Room and Dining area - The living room contains two double bed settees and a separate dining area with a dining table and four chairs. The room boasts a 21 inch TV/ DVD/ CD with a selection of films and CDs. The property also benefits from an extensive English Satellite TV system with a 24 hour film channel and Childrens cartoons. There is also a Playstation and games (PS2). Double patio doors lead out to the large secluded south facing terrace (about 50 metres square).
Terrace 1 - Accessed from double patio doors off the living room. The terrace is south facing and totally secluded. There is an outside cool shower. There are six back reclining sun loungers. There is a hard wood oval table and six comfortable chairs.
Kitchen – This separate room. There is a large oven & ceramic hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, tall fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, two sinks, clothes horse, iron board and iron, toaster and kettle, sandwich toastie maker.
Downstairs Toilet - walk in shower, large feature dresser unit, and plenty of storage space.
Upstairs - Master bedroom, en suite bathroom & private sun terrace balcony. A feature room with timber vaulted ceiling. Double patio doors lead on to a large south private balcony with stunning views towards the ocean across Calete de Fuste bay. This terrace holds a table, chairs and parasol and is circa 20 square metres. It is served by a large en suite bathroom containing a bath with shower, toilet, and dresser. The bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers and double wardrobes with mirrors and a double bed, large fan, hairdryer. There is key code security safe inside the wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 – Includes two single beds at bedroom 2 and a double bed settee (futon) at bedroom 3. This later room can double as a second lounge for privacy for sharing couples or children etc. There is a 14 inch TV / DVD. There is a Playstation-2 Games console with a selection of games.

Local activities in and around Caleta De Fuste, Fuerteventura
The house IS IN the town of Calete de Fuste. Therefore, you can reach the main street by foot. Car hire is NOT neccessary.
The house is only 8 euros in a taxi from the airport (10 min drive). Airport transfers can be arranged for you. The house is adjacent to the Castillo beach club and pool complex. There are 10 (ten) quality pools all within a maximum 5 minute walk of the house.
The house is adjacent to the ‘Traveller’ Pub’ and ‘Ocean View Terrace’ and a 5 minute walk from the Montecastillo centre (where you will find restaurants and bars), and then only a further 5 minute walk to the heart of town.
The house is also a 5 minute drive from the championship Fuerteventura Golf Club (host of the 2004 Spanish Open on the European Tour). Adjacent to the Golf Club, you will find the Atlantico shopping centre with designer clothes shops, sandwich bars, McDonalds, Euro Spar, Large Multi Screen Cinema (in English), Ten pin bowling, and video game arcade. The golden Caleta beach is within easy access by foot or by the kids ‘noddy’ train. It is a flat child friendly beach and bay.
Further, the ‘noddy’ train leaves from the adjacent hotel near by the house. The train will conveniently take you on a sight seeing trip around the town. It leaves adjacent to the house every 15 minutes up to 6pm. It terminates at the Oceanarium at the end of the beach; here you can feed the Chipmunks at the rocks and visit Harley the Sea Lion. Finally, the bus stop to Correlejo (the harbour with the short ferry ride to Lanzarote) is close by. This will take you to Flag beach and Waikiki beach at the Correlejo sand dunes. This bus stop also serves the famous Jandia peninsula with its 22km of beach.
