A charming corner plot bungalow that will sleep 6 (2 bedrooms & 2 double bed sofas in the lounge). There is a magnificent 60m2 roof solarium with views of Lanzarote and mountains. There is an adult & infant swimming pool. SAT TV/ DVD/ PS2. There is also a 40m2 rear patio with BBQ that gets the sun all day, with a large retractable awning for shade. There is an outside cool shower.
Bed 2 has two single beds & a folding bed (if you have three kids, they can sleep in the same room) and there are two double bed settees in the lounge. There are fitted wardrobes & cooling fans. Satellite TV (21 inch) in English, DVD with 24 hour films, music, sports, kids and infant programmes. Fitted kitchen– tall fridge freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, large oven, kettle, toaster, sandwhich toastie, microwave. Security locks fitted to all windows and doors plus a safe. Communal pool with infant pool. Only a short walk from the breathtaking beaches of the Parque Natural beaches and main shops / bars.

Roof Terrace Solarium 60m2 - Top floor of bungalow. South facing, secluded, child safe. There is a cool shower. There are five back reclining sun loungers, a hardwood table with 6 chairs & large parasol. The roof terrace is 60m2 with views of Lanzarote & mountains.
Rear Patio – This is accessed from the double patio doors off the living room. It basks in the sun but has a large canopy / awning should you wish shade. There is a feature BBQ unit. It is secluded and features a table, chairs a parasol.
Private parking – has its own private parking at the front of the house.
Living room - The living room contains two double bed settees, and a breakfast bar. There is a 21 inch TV/ DVD. The property also benefits from an extensive English Satellite TV with 24 hour film channel and children’s cartoons. The room has fresh décor and furniture and there is a large cool fan. Double patio doors lead out to the large secluded patio and garden (about 25 metres square). There is an open plan kitchen / diner.
Kitchen – plenty of storage units and all utensils, potts and pans, crockery. There is a large oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, and tall fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, clothes horse, iron board and iron, toaster and kettle, sandwich toastie. There is a breakfar.
Master bedroom – This room features a double bed, large built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and a chest of drawers. There is large fan and hairdryer. There is key code security safe inside the wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2 – Includes two single beds and built-in wardrobes and shelving with sliding doors. There is a camp bed. If you have three kids, they can sleep in the same room. There is a 14 inch TV with Playstation 2 games console.
Bathroom – contains a full length bath and over-bath shower, toilet, bidet.
Baby and infant provisions: Microwave steriliser; high chair; sun shade tent; cot, bath seat. We do not charge for these items.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. Modern integrated cooker with tall fridge / freezer and ceramic hob and fan assisted oven. It is well stocked with many extras for indoor and outdoor eating.

Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided. Cleaning/ towels/ linen/24-7 help/ airport transfers. Rates include cleaning, linen & towels on arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged. An English agent is on hand. Tall cool fans are included.

Seating for 6. There are two tables and 4 + 4 chairs for alfresco dinning

Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. SAT TV has 24 hour films, sports, kids TV and music. There is a selection of games and DVDs etc and a detailed information file on the resort and places to eat / things to do etc is provided.

Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Rear patio area is 40m2, it is tiled and enjos the sun. It has a large 4m x 3m canopy awning which you can wind down if you like for shade. The roof top solarium is 60m2 and bakes in the sun.

This is a low level house convenient for town. There is a taxi rank close by. There is only one step in to the house and wheel chair guests has stayed in it previous and managed fine.
Local activities in and around Corralejo, Fuerteventura
There is a supermarket only a 3 / 4 minute walk from the bungalow. There are local shops and bars / food places.
A walk of 10 to 12 minutes will take you to Corralejo main street with its array of bars / shops.
There is a taxi rank only two minutes from the house if you wish to venture further.
Car hire is NOT neccessary for this house. This house IS actullay IN the town of Corralejo !
It is only a short walk from the BAKU water park and leasure complex.
You are close to the breathtaking beaches and sand dunnes of the Parque Natural area including Oliva and Flag beach etc
Airport pick ups can be arranged. You have access to a 24 hours British based contact on the island.
