The villa is furnished to the highest standard with antique style modern furniture, leather settees and many additonal features. All the rooms are generous size and all look out over the sea.
Ground Floor : An open plan living / dining / kitchen area with full cooking facilities, fitted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee market and mini bar. Also included is an automatic washing machine, satellite TV and full reverse cycle air conditioning.
The two bedrooms have four poster beds, one with ensuite shower room and a large bathroom which is approached from the lounge area. The wooden windows have traditional lace curtains and complete with large scatter rugs make the villa feel very homely. The bathrooms and shower rooms are marble floored and tiled with quality fittings.

Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas you can take a bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos.
Changeovers on Sunday or Suturday(in principal).If bookings allow this can be flexible. Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure Will try to be as flexible as possible. This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarned we will try to accomodate guests with difficult flight times Luggage storage is no problem.
