On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player. Externally there is a patio Andaluz opening onto a broad terrace with a large floodlit pool (8x4m) set in private gardens featuring a BBQ, outside dining area, large roof terrace (all with fabulous views) and car port. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have a car to rent at very good rates, an Opel Zafira 5-7 seater automatic with aircon. We have a manager who will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. The pool and garden are very well maintained.

Rental Notes: Bookings are Saturday - Saturday (arrive after 4pm, vacate before 10am). We have a manager who is available at all times. He will welcome you to the villa and provide any information required. Linen is changed every week. Guests staying for longer who do not wish to be disturbed can ask for a clean set of linen to be provided. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week (normally Saturday). There is a supplement of £50 per person per week for parties of over 6 people.
