Boat and engine available by arrangement with the owner. Ideal base for touring or walking. External stairs to roof terrace (unsuitable for toddlers) with garden furniture and views.
Inside: Well furnished and equipped with sitting room with open fire, kitchen/dining room with electric hob and oven and stove, bathroom with bath, separate shower and W.C. and stairs to bedroom (1) with a double and en suite shower and W.C. and separate stairs to tower (completely out of earshot of bedroom (1)) with bedroom (2) with two single beds. Oil fired central heating. Duvets. Television and video. Washing machine/dryer. Dishwasher. Microwave. One pet only.
