This penthouse has just the best views on this most famous complex. Two bed two bath duplex with a spacious balcony and furnished to a high standard. Ideal for mature couples or a family looking for a central location within a fantastic complex with a heated pool.
The location of this penthouse has to be one of the best on the island. The sea is only a few seconds walk and the views over the complex pools are lovely. However the best feature is the sunsets and one can just peacefully gaze over the sea with a glass on hand!
The apartment has been furnished to a quality standard but with comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to eat in and a lovely dining table area compliments this. The living area has two lovely settees with patio doors to the balcony. The TV currently receives the complex satellitte and receives many channels including English stations. The complex is opposite the beaches and there are ample opportunites to either hire a pedalo or go on a banana boat. Sunloungers and parasols are available on the beaches. For golf enthusiasts the the golf course is just a short taxi ride away.
This part of Las Americas has beautiful hotels with and the area is well maintained with lovely paving and flowers on the avenues.
