The property is located within a 5 minute level walk of Charmouth beach which is ideal for children having sand, rockpools and of course fossil hunting. Charmouth village is well provided with local shops for the majority of your needs all within a 3 minute walk of Flinstones. The local countryside offers plentiful walking opportunity with scenic views.

Charmouth is situated on the south coast just east of Lyme Regis on the beautiful Dorset coastline often referred to as the Jurassic Coastline due to the many fossils large and small that can be found with relative ease on the beach. The town of Bridport is about 8 miles away, previously famous for its rope making. Bournemouth and Poole are within 50 miles.
Charmouth is just off the A35 with easy access from the M5 or M3/M27 motorways.
