Benalmadena Marina, Sea World, Tivoli World, Torremolinos Aqua Park, Benalmadena Cable Car and other activites are all within easy reach of the property.
Torrquebrada Casino is no more than 15 minutes walk from the house. The nearest supermarket is located in the Flatotel very near to the house and the Supercor Supermarket is 15 minutes walk or two minutes in the car away. The Flatotel also has a bar and disco that can be used by local residents.
20 mins drive from airport via N-340 towards Torremelinos. There is a very good train service from airport to Arroya de la Miel which is 10 minutes away by taxi.

Rental Notes: Changeover day is normally on Saturdays however a flexible approach is given to suit alternative arrival days. However, guests must depart the house no later than 1030 and arrivals no earlier that 1530 to allow for cleaning.
A deposit of £150 will secure this property with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A key/damage deposit is required and will be refunded once the property has been checked on departure. Excellent rental prices are offered on this family home and hence the requirement to leave 40 Euros to cover cleaning costs prior to departure.
