This spacious luxury 1 bedroom ground floor air-conditioned apartment with private parking has fantastic coastline, sea and hill views and is part of a small complex which has a communal swimming pool with toilets and changing facilities and landscaped gardens. It is situated on the hillside in the attractive village of Chlorakas and is in an ideal location for a couple looking for a peaceful base to explore the wonderful island of Cyprus, although it is only 5 minutes by car to the popular Tombs of the Kings Road area and Paphos itself, or to spend lazy days relaxing by the pool and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the patio with a glass of wine.
Although this is a ground floor apartment it does have the privacy and outside space of an individual property or as a guest said "it seems like your own little villa!" The apartment has been decorated and furnished to a high specification with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with table and chairs. For guests who like to take their own music there is an I-pod Hi-Fi system available. The lounge is spacious with patio doors leading outside to a covered patio area with table and chairs. This area provides a relaxing respite from the sun in the height of summer so you can be lounging in the sun in the garden area one minute and in the shade the next or enjoying the swimming pool which is just a few steps away. The large bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. Patio doors lead out to a further patio area. There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom with a double walk in shower. To the side of the property there is a large garden shed which could be used for storage of sports equipment (golf clubs)

Local activities in and around Chlorakas, Southern Cyprus
Paphos has many attractions including the harbour and has been designated a World Heritage Centre. Visit the archaeological sites, go walking on the many trails in the Arkamas pennisula or explore the spectacular Troodos mountains by car. For the sports enthusiasts there are 3 championship golf courses, windsurfing, water ski-ing, horseriding, paragliding and of course swimming. Day trips to Egypt and other activities can be arranged by local tour companies. If all you wish to do is laze around in the sun there are a plentiful supply of beaches in the area.
Chlorakas village
Chlorakas village is situated about 3km from Paphos town on a hillside overlooking the coastline. It is an attractive village with many restaurants, tavernas, a large supermarket and banking facilities. A 15 minute walk from the apartment through the old village takes you into Paphos old town itself with the indoor markets selling local souvenirs and fresh fruit and vegetables. A short walk to the Tomb of the Kings road will provide bus services both to Paphos harbour and Coral Bay.

Rental Notes: Reduced rates for 2 weeks or more. A 25% deposit required on booking, non-refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of departure, 50% refundable if cancelled within 12 weeks of departure. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable key/damage charge of £50 payable by cheque is also required at the time of full payment. This cheque will be returned when the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. Air conditioning is payable locally at a rate of 20 euros per week.
We recommend you have holiday insurance to cover costs in the unforeseen event of cancellation.

The property is booked from 1400 hours on the day of arrival to 1100 hours on departure day. This could be extended on departure day subject to availability. Changeover day is flexible to accommodate flight arrivals.
Car hire can be arranged. Pickup by taxi from Paphos airport only can be arranged A welcome pack can be arranged at 20 euros to be paid locally.
