Fully equipped modern apartment in Sete on the Mediterranean coast of France. Situated in the "Les Quilles" marina district of Sete. Many restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs and tourist information in the area. The attractive Villeroy promenade development is only a few hundred yards away from the apartment. 15 min. bus ride into the city from outside the apartment or a 45 min. walk along the seafront promenade.
On the 2nd floor (of 4) in a quiet ,well maintained building called "La Corvette". The building was refurbished in February 2008. There is a lift at the front entrance. The apartment overlooks the attractive marina development. 1 double bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. Kitchen-lounge fully equipped leading onto large balcony overlooking the marina. TV /DVD in the lounge area. Bed-settee in the lounge sleeps 2. Separate cabin area sleeps 2 children. Linen, towels provided. Private parking space at front of apartment.

All year round Sete offers much for the visiter - from a wide variety of restaurants offering fish just off the boat, to 7 miles of sandy beaches. Sete is one of those must see places in Languedoc and is the largest fishing port in France on the coast of the Mediterranean. La Corniche beach is just 200 yards away and stretches for 7 miles to Cap D'Agde.
Large indoor water-sports centre and a mini-golf course are situated next to the apartment. Jet-ski centre is just around the corner. In the evenings jousting on the marina (seasonal).
Airports: Montpellier, Beziers ,Perpignan and Carcassone. Trains : Sete is on high speed TGV routes approx. 3.5 hrs from Paris. Buses run every 15mins to city and station from outside apartment.

Rental Notes: Start date is normally Saturday but can be flexible. Short (min 4 days) and long breaks are also possible.
A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable at the time of boooking and the balance of 75% is required six weeks before the start of the rental. Payments can be made by personal cheque or bank transfer.
A security deposit of £100 per rental is required at the time the final balance is paid and this will be returned within two weeks of the end of the rental, assuming that there are no deductions.
The apartment will be clean and tidy for your arrival and we would ask that it is left in a similar condition, if this is not the case we reserve the right to make a deduction of Euro 40 from the security deposit for final cleaning.
