Situated in the quieter St Cyprien Sud area between the Lagoon and the Blue Flag Mediterranean beach; this 2 huge bedroomed apartment has far reaching views of the Pyrenees from the large balcony.
This top floor apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and has light and comfortable furnishings. It is well equipped with patio furniture/sunbeds/electric BBQ etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3 function microwave, fridge/freezer, extra fridge for drinks, 4 plate hob, coffee maker, juicer etc.
The main bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and opens onto the balcony. Bathroom with vanity sink and bath with shower over. Separate WC.
The balcony runs the width of the apartment which traps the sun from midday to sunset. The balcony overlooks the Lagoon and has beautiful panoramic views of the Pyrenees, Canigou and St Cyprien Port. There is plenty of room for eating alfresco and also room for the sun loungers provided.
The apartment is in a secure gated area with its own garage. There is access to adult bikes in a separate cave.
The beach is very near to the apartment - no need to get into the hot car - just put on your flip flops and off you go - be back for lunch and a siesta within minutes.
Locally the Friday market is a must - the food is amazing and there are plenty of other bargins.
