Casa Pacifica is a stunning executive 4 Bedroom / 4 bathroom Villa which comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. Has own private 10m x 5m south facing heated swimming pool at rear of villa, with pool terrace, gardens, BBQ and magnificent views. Villa is one of only 4 with PRIME location, overlooking unspoilt countryside and has stunning views. Plot size over 2000 sq m. Not isolated but with similar luxury villas.
Fully air conditioned. Has table tennis in basement and additional large pergola with seating with night lights in garden. You will be delighted with the quality of this outstanding villa.
Price Includes: Free heated pool mid March to end October each year. All linen, towels, we even provide beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own. Villa cleaning and linen change. English managers who will meet you on arrival, show you around the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday.
Casa Pacifica enjoys PRIME PRIME location, overlooking unspoilt stunning countryside, yet not isolated. Close to Estoi, Moncarapacho, Olhao and excellent beaches, beach islands and outstanding golf. The villa is furnished to the highest standard with marble flooring, and stylish high quality modern furniture throughout.
All 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins) are fully air conditioned and have floor to ceiling cupboards. There is a digital safe in the villa. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a further full bathroom and a shower/WC with vanity unit.
However, we have to advise you that you will fight over the first floor Master Bedroom!! It has a 6ft wide bed, a large ensuite bathroom with bath and huge shower, double vanity unit, bidet and toilet and its own terrace - with table and chairs where you can relax over a glass of wine and take in the panoramic views.
Casa Pacifica comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 using a sturdy portable bed and a child's cot. A highchair is also provided.
The large lounge (with doors off to pool terrace) has satellite TV and DVD player. The dining room off the lounge comfortably seats 8-10 people. The large modern kitchen is superbly equipped.
The pool terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers, large table & chairs, large BBQ, plus extensive bamboo shaded area. Surrounding the villa is an extensive garden of grass and tropical planting. To one side of the garden is a beautiful pergola with additional chairs and tables. Planting creates a very private area with lights at night for al fresco dining.
This is an ideal location to enjoy the unspoilt Eastern Algarve. There are beautiful island beaches close by and some quite exceptional golf courses.
There is a woderful bar/bistro only 800m from the villa, easy to walk to in 12 mins, 2 mins by car.

There is a large garden surrounding the villa, much of it grassed, suitable for children. We believe the villa is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor (3 bed, 3 baths, kitchen, lounge) & to pool.
Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. This is a wonderful location in which to try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses many of them within 25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. There are a further 5 golf courses over the Spanish border 25mins away at Ayamonte.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho 5kms away, which is a lovely little country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum etc.
The villa is also within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve and has been voted the Best beach in Europe).
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers, The Ria Formosa National Park is close by. This is truly the unspoilt part of the Algarve, come and taste the difference. Experience the real Portugal!
The villa is located just outside Moncarapacho, easy to find only 25 mins from Faro Airport. Directions sent when full payment received.

Rental Notes: We use a fully automated booking/payment system, takes any currency using any credit/debit card. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 10 people. £200 breakage deposit required, refunded after 14 days if no losses/breakages have occurred.

Guests leave by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. However, where possible we will try and accommodate early/late arrivals/departures. The villa is accessible anytime after 3pm via a key access system - number provided with directions when full payment received.
