CASA DAS OLIVERAS is exceptionally spacious family villa - you will not be disappointed.
It has 4 bedrooms. 2 are double ensuites, (one has its own furnished terrace), you will fight over this one!! There are 2 twin rooms. All have floor to ceiling cupboards and aircon. There is a digital safe in one bedroom. Can accommodate up to 10. Cot, high chair and sturdy portable bed provided.
2 full bathrooms with bath, shower, bidet, wc and vanity unit. 1 huge bathroom with Swedish power shower cubicle, double vanity unit, wc and bidet. There is a shower room with wc and vanity unit. All luxuriously tiled.
Casa das Oliveras is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished in modern style to the highest specification and with marble floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 with all modern conveniences. The large lounge dining area has an open fireplace, TV (with BBC and ITV) , DVD and very comfortably seats 8-10. Doors lead to the fully equipped pool terrace, south facing pool and BBQ. There is a lower garden with beautiful planting and further seating.
The villa is situated only 20/25 minutes drive from Faro airport, on the outskirts of Moncarapacho, close to Olhao and Estoi, amongst other identical very high quality villas, all of approx 2000 sq m. Importantly you are not isolated. A lovely rural location, peaceful and tranquil yet close to fantastic beaches, beach islands and outstanding golf.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
Casa das Oliveras is approx 5km outside the village of Moncarapacho, nestling in the beautiful Algarvian countryside, known for its extensive citrus & almond groves.
Moncarapacho is a lovely country town/village with supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, dentist and local shops. There is a wonderful bar/bistro approx 800m from the villa, easy to walk to and 2 mins by car.
The beaches and beach islands in the Algarve are superb, sandy, wide safe & clean. The beach at Tavira has been voted the Best Beach in Europe.
There are many places to eat, all of which are exceptionally good value. Markets take place in alternating local towns every Sunday.
This is an ideal location in which to enjoy uncrowded high quality golf courses. Within 15-20 mins you can access the championship Quinta da Cima and sister course Quinta da Ria. Benemor is also close by as is Castro Marim. On the outskirts of Moncarapacho itself there is a new 9 hold par 3 course with pitch and putt so something for the whole family to enjoy. There are another 5 golf courses over the Spanish border only 25mins away at Ayamonte. The superb new Monte Rei course is approx 20+ mins drive from the villa.
The villa is located just outside Moncarapacho, easy to find only 25 mins from Faro Airport. Directions, key code and local info sent 8 weeks before holiday.

Rental Notes: We have an excellent fully automated booking/payment system, can accept any currency using credit/debit card.
Prices are per week in UK pounds for 8-10 people. 25% deposit required. Balance and breakage deposit of £200 required 8 weeks before holiday starts. Breakage deposit refunded 14 days after holiday, if no losses/breakages have occurred.
Please note: Prices include FREE POOL HEATING mid March- end Oct Obligatory extra charge of £85 for aircon (warm and cool) Pool available Nov to mid March but unheated.
Flexible start/end dates can be negotiated but prefer Sat to Sat bookings in high season.
Guests are asked to leave by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. However, where possible we will try and accommodate early/late arrivals/departures.
Directions, local info and code to enter villa sent 8 weeks before holiday when final payment received.
