Our house is situated 1km from Los Montesinos a very neat, small spanish town with many bars and restaurants. There are scenic views from the house over two large lakes. Superb sunrises can be viewed from the house as it faces south. The lively resorts of Torrevieja and Guardamar are 10kms away. These resorts can offer everything for the family including blue flag beaches, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, water parks, safari park, cinemas, bowling, nightclubs and casino and lots more.

The house sleeps up to 6 people - 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. There is also a travel cot and high chair available. The ground floor has one double bedroom with shower room and toilet.
The lounge/dining room is air-conditioned, with a dining table seating 6 people, 2 sofas, a flat screen television with Sky and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer.
There is on-site parking, garden and terrace with table and chairs. On the first floor there is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and patio doors leading out to a terrace. Ideal for your early morning cuppa. The third bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and storage drawers.
The main bathroom has a shower in the bath, wc, bidet and washbasin. On the top floor is the main terrace with table and chairs for 6 plus parasol and sunloungers. A must for your evening meal or drink as you watch the sun set.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding.

Los Montesinos is a 10-15 minutes stroll and offers a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops and internet cafes. It is within easy reach of 5 golf courses and several beaches.
The house is just 3 minutes from the communal swimming pool, children's playground, supermarket and bars and restaurants. Alicante and Murcia airports are both approximately 35 minutes drive.
In Los Montesinos itself you can cycle, go horseriding or quad biking; play golf or watch the wildlife on the salt lakes, including flamingoes. Apart from the sports and entertainment of the coastal towns, inland there are the historic towns of Elche and Orehuela and half an hour's drive will take you into the mountains.
35 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airports. Los Montesinos is off of the CV90, close to the N332 coastal road. Full details will be given on booking.
