  A very pleasant self-contained annexe to the owner's home in the country village of Mitchel Troy, only 2 miles outside Monmouth, with use of a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool (May-Sept). This is a lovely part of the country and most of our guests are return bookings, who just come back to relax in clean comfortable surroundings.

  A very pleasant self-contained annexe to the owner’s home in the country village of Mitchel Troy, 2 miles SW Monmouth, 14 miles east of Abergavenny – with use of a lovely heated outdoor swimming pool (May-Sept) 3ft deep for the first 12ft slopping down to 7ft.

It has a fitted kitchen including microwave. Up a few steps to the light and airy sitting/dining room with TV, video, dvd, hi-fi, and sliding patio doors to the poolside. Bath/shower room, bedroom with double bed,electric heating, Use of gardens, sun loungers etc; w/machine & freezer by arrangement.

Excellent local walking, horseriding, golf, fishing, canoeing & gliding. Easy access to Wye Valley, Tintern, Chepstow, Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons; Hereford 30 mins, Cardiff 40 mins. No smoking please, Pet by arrangement.

    There are steps up to the annexe from the car park, inside there are two steps from the kitchen to lounge.

Country walking, cycling, local golf, fishing, canoeing, horse riding and gliding. Easy access to Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons, Newport, Hereford and Cardiff. Or just sit back and relax. No smoking inside please.
