VILLA CASTELOS Brand new executive villa situated on the outskirts of the small village of Moncarapacho, close to Estoi and Olhao. The surrounding area is unspoilt, and known for its extensive citrus & almond groves.
This stylish 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom villa has its own private south facing heated 10m x 5m swimming pool which has night lighting. Fun and games for all!! The pool terrace offers deep shade for hotter months and is fully equipped with sun loungers, tables, chairs. shower and large BBQ.
The garden is large and planted with tropical plants and extensively grassed for children to safely play on. Badminton and other games provided.
The villa is beautifully furnished in modern style with quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen is of the highest quality with granite work surfaces and exceptionally well equipped. Utility room has washing machine etc.
The lounge dining area is very spacious with sofas, open fireplace, coffee table, satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), a music system, DVD player (also plays CDs) and a small supply of DVDs. Doors lead to the pool terrace.

The 4 bathrooms are quite luxurious, fully tiled with bath/shower/bidet/toilet/vanity unit. 2 are ensuite, one has a large corner bath.
The bedrooms are exceptionally spacious and modern with floor to ceiling cupboards, dressing table, mirror, side tables and lamps. 2 bedrooms are huge ensuite rooms, one has its own fully furnished terrace. You will fight over this one!! There is a digital safe in the villa.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
The villa is situated on the outskirts of the small country town of Moncarapacho which has 3 supermarkets, cash machines, pharmacy, bars, excellent restaurants, a petrol station, post office and even a cyber cafe plus many more interesting shops.
Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, marina, restaurants and upmarket shopping.
The beaches in the Algarve are superb, sandy, wide safe & clean. The beach at Tavira has been voted the 4th best beach in Europe. Many of the island beaches are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being Fuseta only 7 miles away.
There are many places to eat, all of which are exceptionally good value. Markets take place in alternating towns every sunday.
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and some of the best golf courses. Within 15-25 minutes of the villa are a number of excellent courses including the championship Quinta da Cima and sister Quinta da Ria. Benamor is also close by. There is also a new 9 hole par 3 course just outside Moncarapacho, complete with pitch and putt for the whole family to enjoy. Tne new Monte Rei course is approx 20 mins drive from the villa.
