It is situated in Moraira on the Costa Blanca, Spain between Alicante and Valencia Airport. Javea and Denia are close by. There are several tennis courts and golf courses within easy reach. Moraira is a fishing village that has grown into a charming resort without the usual line of multi-story hotels.
There are water sports, boat hire, tennis courts and further afield golf and horse riding are available. El Portet, a short walk around the headland, is a small unspoiled sandy cove, surely one of the nicest on this coast, has safe swimming. The villa is twenty minutes walk from both Moraria and El Portet.

This is a luxury private villa built twelve years ago in a quiet location on a low headland. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The main rooms and the large sun terrace with pool, command a breathtaking view of the sea, the Ifach Rock and the Sierra Bernia mountains behind.
The villa sleeps six in three bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and private sun terrace with a panoramic view. There is an en-suite bathroom to this bedroom with bath, shower, bidet and wc. A ground floor bedroom has twin beds and doors to the pool terrace. A second ground floor bedroom has twin beds and is particularly cool and shaded. There is also a ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower-over and wc.
The modern kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and is fully equipped with sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.There is a small utility room with washing machine, sink and cleaning utensils
The spacious lounge has a settee and two armchairs, coffee table, TV, video/DVD, satellite receiver, radio and music center. There is a circular dining room between the lounge and kitchen. All these rooms have sea and mountain views
The kidney shaped swimming pool is 8 meters long, l meter deep at the shallow end shelving to 2 meters at the deep end. Sun-loungers and outdoor chairs are provided and there is a barbecue. The linen is changed weekly: the villa has a garage for one car and parking for several others.

Local activities in and around Moraira, Costa Blanca - Alicante
There are excellent beaches in El Portet and Moraira. A little further, Javia and Denia have extensive and safe beaches. There are several public tennis courts in Moraira and Golf Courses at Javea and Ifach (9-holes). Several larger golf courses lie 30-80 Kms away. Sialing, wind surfing and diving courses are availble in Moraria and newarby resorts.
The mountains and cliffs around Moraira offer excellent walks at all levels of difficulty. Both the nearby cities of Valencia and Alicante are interesting to visit for a day with good shopping.
Take the Benissa exit from AP7 motorway - head for Teulada and then Moraira. At the entrance to Moraira turn left opposite the Garden Centre.
