CASA ALEGRIA is a lovely executive villa which comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. It has 4 large bedrooms & 4 luxury bathrooms, own heated pool, aircon, beautiful gardens with boules and volley ball. There is table tennis and darts in the basement Fully gated, lots of off road parking. Only 20/25 mins from Faro airport.
The 10m x 5m pool is south facing and heated mid March to end October FREE of charge. There is a fully equipped terrace and large BBQ.
Casa Alegria plot size is approx 2000m, located on a unique and beautiful new development of similar high quality villas in the stunning unspoilt Eastern Algarve. Close to Moncarapacho, Esoi and Olhao.
You will be met soon after arrival by local English speaking managers who will show you around the villa and remain on call throughout your holiday.

CASA ALEGRIA comprises 2 large double ensuite bedrooms (one with own private terrace) & 2 twin bedrooms. All with aircon and floor to ceiling cupboards. The villa comfortably sleeps 8-10 using sturdy portable bed and cot. There is also a playpen and high chair in the villa. There is a dgital safe in one of the bedrooms.
A total of 3 full bathrooms, all luxurious and fully tiled, all with bath, shower, vanity unit, wc and bidet. There is a further shower room with wc and vanity unit.
The very spacious lounge / dining area comfortably seats 8-10. There are 2 doors leading to the pool terrace. The outstanding kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. You will feel spoilt!!
Price includes: All linen, towels, villa cleaning. We also provide beach/pool towels so no need to bring your own. Pool heated free of charge mid March to end October Obligatory £85/wk for aircon (warm and cool)

There is a large garden surrounding the villa, much of it grassed, suitable for children, we believe the villa is wheelchair accessible throughout the ground floor (3 beds 3 baths kitchen lounge).
Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses. This is a wonderful location in which to try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses many of them within 25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. There are a further 5 golf courses over the Spanish border 25mins away at Ayamonte. The excellent Monte Rei course is approx 20 mins by car.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho 5kms away, which is a lovely little country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum etc.
The villa is also within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve and has been voted the Best beach in Europe).
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers, The Ria Formosa National Park is close by.
This is truly the unspoilt part of the Algarve, come and taste the difference. Experience the real Portugal!
