Palmanova, which began as a residential estate in 1934, is now one of the most important tourist zones in Majorca. . Its promenade, along the extensive beach, is perfect for relaxing or for enjoying a pleasant stroll between the lines of trees, green spaces and the boulevards looking out over the sea. The beach at Palmanova has been awarded the Q for Quality" in recognition of the services which it offers tourists. It is the only beach on the Balearic coast which has received said distinction.
Mallorca is the biggest of the Balearics, and its size is reflected in its diversity. Palma, the only real city in the Balearics, has wonderful Gothic architecture and grand mansions. The maze-like streets are great for exploration, and the city has some of the most inexpensive tapas bars and restaurants in the Islands.
There is also lively nightlife to be found in the Plaça Llotja area .In Palma Nova and close to Port Portals the apartment has 85 m2 constructed area. Three bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, separate laundry room, lounge/dining room with outdoor terrace, equiped kitchen, private parking space, lift, air conditioned, recently built small building (3 levels) quiet but lively neighbourhood, close to shopping facilities, supermarket, public transport and entertainment areas.
The apartment is south facing, so benefits from full sun. The balcony overlooks the square and the windows are fitted with security blinds. Close to two large supermarkets, and near the bus stop to Palma city and Porta Pi shopping center. The beach is about ten minutes walk from the apartment. There is a public swimming pool and tennis court at the end of the road.

Water sports. BCM discoteque. Na Burguesa National Park. Pubs. Opposite the local beach in Palma Nova there is a Fantasy Golf 54 holes (good for children). Then there is Western Water Park on Magaluf (3 mins in taxi)or the local bus they run every 10 mins. The" Pirates "in Magaluf is also good for adults and children (its a show with supper). The "Nemo"Mallorca Submarine you can aventure on that (a real submarine 50 minutes under water). "Aqualand" in Magaluf a water park. Karting. There are many golf courses in the area. The bus takes you to Palma City in 20 mins ( they run in all directions every ten mins ).
