CASA DAVID enjoys PRIME PRIME location overlooking unspoilt countryside known for its extensive citrus & almond groves. Built 4 years ago to the very highest standard it is one of only 4 with outstanding location and views. Plot size approx 2100 sq m and importantly not isolated but amongst similar outstanding quality villas is a tranquil and peaceful setting.
It is modern and tastefully decorated throughout.
There are 4 bedrooms 2 double and 2 twin. All have floor to ceiling cupboards, very spacious. There is a digital safe in one bedroom. The double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The ensuite bedroom on first floor also has its own private furnished terrace. Using portable bed and sturdy portable cot the villa can comfortably accommodate 8-10 people.
Bathrooms are luxurious and fully tiled. 3 full bathrooms with shower over, wc, bidet and vanity unit. One further shower room with vanity unit and toilet.
The very spacious lounge/dining room has satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), DVD and CD player, open fire and doors to pool terrace. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8-10 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc and in the utility room is a washing machine.
Wonderful pool terrace, fully equipped with table, chairs, loungers, BBQ and covered bamboo pergola offering deep shade in hotter months.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
The villa is situated 3-4 kms from the small country town of Moncarapacho. Moncarapacho has 3 supermarkets, cash machines, pharmacy, bars, excellent restaurants, a petrol station, Post Office and even a cyber cafe plus many more interesting shops. There is an excellent bar/bistro restaurant offering excellent low cost food and drink just 800m from the villa, 12 minute walk or 2 mins by car.
Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fish markets, marina, boats to islands, restaurants and upmarket shopping.
The beaches in the Algarve are superb, sandy, wide safe & clean. The beach island at Tavira has been voted the 4th best beach in Europe. Many of the wonderful island beaches are accessed by small boat/train (great fun for all the family), the closest being Fuseta only 7kms away.
There are many places to eat, all of which are exceptionally good value. Markets take place in alternating towns every sunday.
The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and some of the best golf courses. Within 15-20 minutes of the villa are a number of excellent courses including the championship Quinta da Cima and sister Quinta da Ria. Benamor is also close by. There is also a new 9 hole par 3 course just outside Moncarapacho, complete with pitch and putt for the whole family to enjoy. Fantastic new Monte Rei golf course approx 20 mins drive.

Rental Notes: We use an excellent fully automated booking payment system which takes any currency using any credit/debit card.
Prices are per week in sterling for 8-10. Pool heated free of charge mid March to end October. Aircon obligatory extra £85/wk (warm and cool). £200 breakage deposit required, refunded after 14 days if no losses/breakages have occurred.
Very flexible with start/end dates but prefer Sat to Sat bookings high season. However do look at the calendar and then contact us to negotiate!!
Guests to depart by 10am and new guests can arrive after 3pm. Where possible we will try and accommodate early/late arrivals/departures. The villa is accessible anytime after 3pm via a key access system.
Key code and directions sent 8 weeks before holiday when full payment received.
