Lacagno is only 35 minutes from Toulouse Airport and within striking distance of Carcassone Airport. The nearest town (Beaumont de Lomagne) is only 10 minutes away.
The North Wing - Double Bedroom, Second Bedroom with bunk beds plus another bed convertible into a double or twins. Modern bathroom with bath and shower, wooden tops and built in handbasin. Seperate WC. South Wing - Double Bedroom, Second Bedroom with double. Mezannine floor with two single beds. Bathroom with walk in shower, granite top and double bowl sinks, WC.
Social Areas - Central lounge with corner sofa and one extra sofa (convertible to sofa bed) plasma screen TV and DVD player, indoor dining at the wooden rectory table with 8 chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, expresso coffee machine etc. Cd player and board games.
Glass sun lounge with two double sofas for those chilly evening, leading to Outside wooden covered deck with large hexagonal wooden table and chairs with incredible views over the valley. Third of an acre garden, fully enclosed and very child friendly - bordered on one side by hedging with lockable gate to .......Pool Area. Completely seperate from garden - 10 by 5 metre pool with huge expanse of terrace, sunloungers, umbrellas etc and beer fridge in the pool hut.
General: Washing machine and tumble drier. 2 Hairdryers. Garage. Bedding and towels for bathrooms (please bring your own towels for the sun loungers) cot and high chair, option of cleaner. Wifi broadband access. Fully centrally heated.

Steeped in history, yet hip, lively & cosmopolitan, Toulouse is one of France's most beautiful cities. The food here & in the rest of the Midi Pyrenees region, for which Toulouse serves as capital, could be among France's most memorable. The shopping options are vast & its only 45 minutes from Lacagno right to the centre
The city's Capitole building, with the typical pink stone of Toulouse's buildings & the capital square serve as a hub of activity. Shops & cafés line the perimeter & a massive market is held in the courtyard. Beaumont de Lomagne with its 14th century covered marketplace is a bustling little town which has all the facilities you will need for your stay. It also boasts THE best wine merchant in the area (tell him what you’re eating & he’ll help you pick a perfect bottle of wine to go with it - Or two)
During the summer season Beaumont & the surrounding villages hold local fetes & marches gourmand where you can try out all the local specialities. Beaumont is the home of the white garlic in France so holds an annual garlic festival (the locals have been know to dress up as garlics bulbs). There are garlic peeling competitions & a fiercely contested garlic soup competition. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, ranging from authentic gascon cuisine ( foie gras, duck, cassoulet & THE best salads & vegetables fresh from the auberge gardens) to haute cuisine. Just don’t expect to lose any weight on this holiday
The area also has a number of wine growing regions within easy striking distance - Fronton being the closest, with lots of chateau’s to choose from. Condom, the home of Armagnac is also in easy reach. There are also two good golf courses nearby. But frankly, if your idea of heaven is lazing by the pool looking over the valley & just relaxing with a glass of wine, this is the place for you
