This stunning 17th century house has just been completely refurbished and has all the luxuries you would expect from a 5 star property. Located on the harbour front of St Monans, the house boasts probably the best views in the village.
Accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. It is warm and comfortable as well as being beautifully fitted out. Sandstone floor tiles, a spa bath, a rain dance shower, comfy super king sized beds, a range cooker, American fridge freezer, internet facilities, a massive leather sofa and arm chairs, plasma TV, DVD and video are all there to make your stay even better.

Sitting Room with deep seated windows and a 26" plasma television, DVD and digital TV. Kitchen/Dining Room with American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a double range cooker. There's crockery, a kettle, 4 slice toaster, panini machine, Kenwood food processor, lots of pots and pans and a fantastic award winning chip shop in Anstruther if you just want to look at the stuff! On the ground floor is the first double bedroom with super king size Sealy posturepedic beds! All the bedrooms have a hotel feel with crisp Egyptian cotton sheets together with wool blanket, downie and a quilt. Bedroom 2 has the same bed and two windows which overlook the sea. The side window looks out towards the Isle of May. Bedroom 3 - This large double bedroom has a large Velux window where you can catch the stars - if your arms are long enough!
The 3rd floor is the attic space full of character, cosy and free from the 'party downstairs' noise. Bedroom 4 - A large twin bedroom. Watch the stars, hear the waves. This room has two large twin beds, tv/video recorder and is ideal for children. Speaking from experience, they love it up there! Although a twin, it is the largest bedroom in the house.
Bathroom with a jaccuzi style bath, all you need to do is bring a good book and lock the door! A mira power shower is also fitted for a quick blast! The walls and floor are fully tiled, with a heated chrome towel rail, Vitra butler sink and WC. Shower Room, the shower is a Grohe Rain Dance. It has an 8 inch shower head so you just get drenched! There are award winning sandy beaches and watersports activities just along the coast, a famous Seafood restaurant within walking distance of the house, or slightly further along the coast fresh shellfish can be enjoyed on the harbourfront at Crail.
St. Monans: Once a prosperous fishing village it is now very popular with tourists. Its architecture is dominated by pantiled roofs, brightly coloured cottages and outside staircases. A 750 year old church watches over the village and the windmill of St. Monans, dating back to1780, is about a 10 minute walk along the coastal path towards Pittenweem. There is an excellent seafood restaurant at the west end of the harbour, overlooking the sea.
