Casa da Praia is a beautiful villa, still owned by family members of General Vasco Concalves, a Portuguese army officer in the Engineering Corps who took part in the Carnation Revolution and later served as Prime Minister from 1974 to September 1975.
It is set off the road, amidst wonderful pine woodlands, with a small number of quality individual villas around it, so not isolated. Yet only minutes from wonderful beach, golf courses and horse riding centre. 900m to supermarket and restaurants.
Casa da Praia has 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 people.
It has a large, well furnished and very sunny living /dining room with domed ceiling, (very cool in summer, warm in winter), with satellite TV, DVD, music system, open fire and doors to garden and pool. Dining area off to side.
Very pretty and traditional kitchen but fully equipped to modern standard.
All bedrooms (2 double 2 twin) have large floor to ceiling cupboards with doors off for direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
There is a very large bathroom and a further shower room with sink and toilet.
There additional seating areas for evening BBQs and parties with your family and friends. You will not be disappointed.
Free food/drinks pack on arrival and services of English speaking managers who will meet you on arrival.
Access by key box anytime after 3pm although we will try and accommodate early arrivals wherever possible.

Ideally located for beach and golf holidays - if you can bear to move away from the pool and pool terrace!! The villa is only 2km from Vale do Garrão beach which has some of the more popular beach restaurants and cafes in the area including the renowned Julias restaurant.There are of course wonderful beaches and beach islands in all directions. This is an ideal location for golf holidays. Courses near Casa da Praia are: Ocean Golf Course Royal Golf Course. Quinta do Lago golf courses: (5 min driving). Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago North (Ria Formosa) and San Lorenzo Vilamoura golf courses: (10 min driving). Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol.
