This is a recently built privately owned villa. It is fully furnished over 3 floors with home from home comforts (pic 1). Situated in Playa Golf II (close to Torrevieja), approximately 45 mins from Alicante airport and just 15 mins from Murcia airport.
It is an ideal place for all year round golfing and family beach holidays, and those who just want a quiet, relaxing holiday.
The ground floor is open plan with a lounge, dinning area, kitchen and sun terrace. The lounge has two sofas, one of them being a comfortable bedsettee (pic 2).There is a T.V with a satellite decoder (30+ channels) and a CD/DVD player. The dining table has seating for 6 (pic 3) with extra seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all the necessities you need, such as a kettle, toaster, dishes, microwave, cooker, fridgefreezer and washing machine. Also leading up to the first floor is a shower room/toilet.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with its own balcony (pic 4) and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower, a toilet and bidet. There is also a unit provided with towels and a hair dryer for your use. On the top floor is a sun terrace (pic 5) which is private, from here you can see the mediterranean. There is a barbacue, sunlounges and table and chairs with parasol if needed. There is also a communal pool which is situated a 100 yds at the end of the row (pic 6).

There are 3 golf courses close by, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Real Club De Golf Campoamor.The local beaches are exceptionally clean with fine white sand and plenty to do for everyone. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, from Chinese, Indian, Spanish and English there is something to suit all. Villamartin also has a well established Plaza with numerous bars, restaurants and 2 supermarkets which is just 2km away. There are local markets on everyday in the surrounding area where you can get some great bargains.

A 25% non-returnable deposit payable at the time of booking. Balance 6 weeks before departure date or in full if less than 6 weeks.
A £50 key/security bond against loss or damage is required with the final payment, this will be returned in full within 7 days from the end of your holiday upon satisfactory inspection of the villa by our agent. Any costs for breakage/damage will be deducted.
There is €60 management charge on arrival. This includes meet and greet service at villa Fernando, welcome pack, towels, cleaning at end of your stay and handover keys.
Bookings are normally 2.00pm arrival and 10.00am departure. Alternative times can be arranged subject to availability.
