Casa Boa Vista (House with a View) is a stunning 4 bed / 4 bath exec villa with own private south facing pool which comfortably sleeps up to 10. It has a wonderful garden, with algarve planting, palms and fruit trees, with a large BBQ and second seating area. There is a boules area in the garden with benches. Fun for everyone. The villa has a huge lounge with dining area off which comfortably seats 10 with sat TV, DVD and doors to the pool and terrace. There is a games room with table tennis, darts, table top football and 8ft pool table. Mid March to end October the superb 10m x 5m pool is heated FREE OF CHARGE.

Casa Boa Vista is 20/ 25 mins from Faro airport, 5 mins drive from Moncarapacho. Within 6-7 miles are wonderful beaches and beach islands. Within 10-20 mins drive are superb golf courses. This is an ideal location for family/golf/beach holidays in the rustic unspoilt Eastern Algarve.
Casa Boa Vista (House with a View) is situated approx 5 kms outside the small village of Moncarapacho, close to Quelfes, Estoi and Olhao. It is of exceptionally high quality and in a plot szie of approx 2000m. However it is one of only 4 with fantastic location and stunning views, overlooking unspoilt countryside. You will not be disappointed.
Casa Boa Vista has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, is equipped to the highest standard and sleeps up to 10. Portable bed, high chair and sturdy cot provided free of charge. There is air conditioning to all bedrooms giving cool and warm to maximise enjoyment of your holiday throughout the year.
The villa has a wonderful south facing patio with chairs/ tables / loungers and deep bamboo shading for hotter months. In the lower garden is further seating, a large BBQ and a boules area. (Fun for the girls as the boys attempt to BBQ!!).
There is a second lounge in the basement with additional seating, table tennis, darts, table top football and new for 2009 - a 8ft pool table. Something for everyone!!
There are 2 very large ensuite double bedrooms, the one on the first floor has its own furnished terrace and corner bath. There are 2 twin rooms. 3 luxury fully tiled bathrooms all with bath, shower, wc, vanity unit and bidet. There is a further shower /wc
The large lounge / dining area comfortably seats 10 with doors off to the pool and terrace.

Local activities in and around Moncarapacho, Eastern Algarve
This is an ideal location in which to enjoy both family and golf holidays. The Algarve has the best climate in Europe and it has some of the best golf courses.
Why not try some of the new emerging Eastern Algarve Golf Courses, hassle free at any time, many of them within 10-25 mins, rather than the busy central ones. There are a further 5 golf courses over the Spanish border 25mins away at Ayamonte.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Moncarapacho 5kms away, which is a lovely little country town with supermarkets, bars, several excellent restaurants, petrol station, internet cafe, museum etc.
The villa is also within easy distance of Tavira (regarded as the loveliest town in the Algarve and has been voted the Best beach in Europe).
From Tavira, Olhao and Cabanas you can travel by small boat to many superb unspoilt offshore island beaches. For the bird watchers, The Ria Formosa National Park is close by.
